What does a Trainee at a corporate law firm actually do? It’s a question that comes up whenever Baker McKenzie talks to students. The firm needed to fill in the blanks – and convey what makes being a Trainee at Baker McKenzie so different.

Solution

We decided to create our own podcast. To delve into the detail and give our audience a powerful glimpse into a Trainee’s day-to-day life. But we knew it had to be a podcast with a difference. Something truly immersive that would grab people’s attention and allow them to walk in the shoes of a current Trainee. Thus, The Trainee Test was born.
